Sitting in front of your computer can put stress on your neck and back. Yoga is perfect due to it put less work on these body parts. It can help prevent future spine problems like Osteoporosis. Yoga also increases blood flow and lowers your blood pressure. And if you think that this doesn’t help you lose weight, you’re thinking it wrong! Yoga has the benefit of discipline. This will help you by being conscious of how you take care of your body and health. Lastly, this gives you happiness. A consistent Yoga practice leads to the release of serotonin which helps to regulate a person’s mood, behaviour, etc.

Are you still stressed from the hustle and bustle of your environment? Why don’t you stopped for a while, get your mat and start doing at least one Yoga pose and give your mind and body a rest?
