What should you wear in a Zumba Class?
Be prepared for some energetic dance moves on your Zumba Classes! You need to be comfortably dressed in clothes that let you move freely. And make sure to wear the proper shoes that support dance and pivot movements, sneaker and non-slippery shoes are recommended. Since you will be sweating a lot, you can also bring towels and extra clothes! Also, avoid wearing pieces of jewelry and other accessories that might scratch your skin or get caught in clothes.
