What is Kickboxing?



Kickboxing is a mixed karate and boxing, a combat sport with a combination of kicks from karate and punches from boxing. It originated in Japan during the 1960s but expanded and later reached North America and Europe. Kickboxing classes can provide you kickboxing lessons and techniques such as punching, kicking, knee, elbow & strikes and defense.

Kickboxing is not just for men, ladies can join Kickboxing classes too, kickboxing for kids and teenagers are available as well!

As you go through every class you will learn that kickboxing is not only a full body workout that will tone your muscles but is also a self-defense and will be of great help to protect yourself from an attacker. It is very challenging and interesting to start so for people who are getting bored in the gym and are looking for new ways to spice up their fitness activities, kickboxing is waiting for you!
